FALL RIVER — The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) is announcing that it will be conducting pothole repair operations on Route 24 northbound and southbound in Fall River.

The work will take place on Friday, March 5, during daytime hours from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Traffic will alternate around the mobile work zone. Traffic control will include standard traffic set-ups and police details.

Drivers who are traveling through the affected areas should expect delays, reduce speed, and use caution.

All scheduled work is weather-dependent and/or may be impacted due to an emergency.
