Last Friday was a cold one at night, but not yet enough to put all the mosquitoes into permanent hibernation for the winter. The good news is that its getting darker earlier and more people are indoors at dusk. But if you still find yourself outside, continue to do what you did in the hot summer months. Typically a good hard freeze will get rid of them all till springtime, and we haven't quite gotten to that point.

Isn't it crazy that we have to worry about things like that all summer long. I think it takes the joy out of summer events when we have to worry about something that could cause so much damage. On the other hand it seems that there are always almost no serious cases that come from it. Do you worry a lot about it or just go about your normal routine?
