DARTMOUTH — Police in Dartmouth have arrested a man suspected of breaking into multiple vehicles at Mirasol's Café yesterday.

At around 11 a.m. on Tuesday, June 14, police responded to reports of a suspicious man looking inside vehicles in the parking lot of Mirasol's Café on Route 6.

Officers arrived to find a male suspect in one of the café restrooms and later identified him as 31-year-old Lakeville resident Steven Donnelly.

An investigation found that Donnelly had allegedly broken into two separate vehicles parked near the business, police said.

Donnelly was arrested and is charged with two counts of felony breaking and entering into a vehicle during the daytime.

Officer Darren Emond made the arrest.

No further details were disclosed.
