A big thank you to everyone who went out to eat at our Dartmouth Food For Tots locations last night.  We have the results from all of your eating!

Our participating restaurants donated 15% of their total sales to Food For Tots.

Congratulations to Buster's Sports Bar and Grill for leading the league last night with a $1400 donation.  Max's donated $1,000, Fay's was $883, Cask and Pig was $1075, and Coastal Financial made a matching donation of $2500.  Not Your Average Joe's put Dartmouth over the top with a donation of $1350.  Our total for Dartmouth?  $8,158!

We can't thank our participating restaurants enough for their generosity.  Between last month's Fairhaven Food For Tots and last night's stop in Dartmouth, we have earned over $15,000 for support of the Boston Children's Hospital services at St. Luke's Hospital in New Bedford.

A big thank you to all of the people who went out of their way to go out to eat last night in Dartmouth.  Each of our participating restaurants was at near capacity for lunch and dinner yesterday.  It is so inspiring to see so many giving to such a worthy cause.  As I say on the air, whether you are rich or poor, chances are strong that a child you love will need to visit the emergency room at some point or another.  Our community simply can't put a price on the benefit of having the world's best pediatricians caring for our children right here in New Bedford.
