In fact, many passengers told CBS News they had to shop for warmer clothes when they arrived in Beantown, because they didn't have the wardrobe to stay warm.

Will Travelers Be Compensated?

No word on if travelers will be compensated at all for the travel change or offered a chance to take the trip they really wanted at a future date.
