Dartmouth Police are warning the public about an incident at a bus stop recently and a man some parents might want to be on the lookout for.

According to the DPD's Facebook page, they took a report of suspicious activity at the bus stop near Ruby Tuesday in the Dartmouth Mall parking lot on Friday September 11.

The information they got was that a male suspect had attempted to take the photo of the 8-month-old son of the man reporting the incident. This suspect then asked his other two children (ages 2 and 3) how old they were.

The suspect was described as a black man dressed in a blue and white shirt and jeans.

The DPD point out that no crime was actually committed and details of the incident were sparse, but that they wanted the public to be aware in case a similar incident should take place.

The encourage anyone who may encounter a similar suspect who is inquiring about their children to call the police immediately so they can identify him.
