A new study from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation is tackling the state's obesity problem. The study ranks counties in the state...Bristol County ranks #1...with 29% of the adults living here considered obese. That means that their BMI (Body Mass Index) is over 30. The foundation says the study is important because obesity causes health issues such as heart disease, diabetes, and cancer...and that obesity is caused by a combination of factors including a poor diet and lack of exercise.
