Blue Subway Vegetables?

When this Subway commercial came on TV last night, I had to rewind it.  To me, it looks like these vegetables are BLUE?!?!?!  My wife says they are green.  It's reminiscent of the blue/gold dress fiasco from a couple of years ago.

What do you see when you look at these vegetables?  I see BLUE veggies, but WHAT vegetables are BLUE???
