You'll be seeing the name Benny's in Rhode Island again soon, but it's probably not what you think.

People driving through Richmond, RI may have noticed the Benny's name and logo on the side of a building on Kingstown Road.

We,ll it turns out it will be a grocery store, not a discount store and they do have permission to use the classic Benny's logo.

Taking to Facebook to clear up the question on everyone's mind, I'm sure, the store wrote:

So they named the store and used the iconic logo for nostalgia's sake. And I'm pretty sure it will pay off for them. Or come back to haunt them/

Though there's no word on when they'll actually be opening, I think when they do people will be flocking to check it out.

It's been over a year since Benny's went out of business at this point, so I think a little stroll down memory lane in any way, shape or form will be something most Rhode Islanders are excited to do.

Some people joked on the new store's Facebook page that they'll need a small section for plungers, lawn ornaments and other classic Benny's items.

I doubt they'll actually do that, but I think curiosity will bring many people there to find out.
