ALERT: Lost Giraffe in New Bedford

Please help the city find it's missing giraffe! Here's the latest information on the loose animal.

Area Lost: Brownell and Allen in New Bedford

Description: "Tiny" - Male Reticulated Giraffe. 5 years old, approximately 19 feet tall and weighing 4200 lbs. Not wearing any collar or tags. A little skittish but will NOT bite. Very shy and may be hard to spot, when you do, show him some cheese or animal crackers and he will come right to you. He has a microchip, but it hasn't been updated. If found, call the zoo!
