Jacob is a 12-year-old football and baseball player and would love to become part of a family that enjoys sports.
Jacob's counselors describe him as a very sweet, kind and thoughtful boy . He can appear shy at first, but can quickly warm up. He enjoys playing with Lego's, Power Rangers, diamond painting and most hands on activities.
Reading is also a favorite pastime for Jacob, he particularly enjoys the Pokemon book series.
Jacob is such a big Patriots fan that he even stuck with the team during the last two very forgettable seasons.  He loves watching NFL football on television every Sunday.
While Jacob loves watching sports, he loves playing sports even more!  Jacob plays Little League Baseball and Pop Warner Football.
Making friends comes easily to Jacob. He is also fast learner and diligently has made steady gains in his academics over the past year. He thrives on clear consequences, structure and routine.
Jacob is looking for a family where he can be himself, fit-in and be accepted. An active or sports loving family would be a good fit for Jacob but most any family constellation will be considered providing that they will allow Jacob to "just be himself" and enjoy what he loves.
