For years, SouthCoast events have been held on the grounds of Running Brook Vineyard and Winery in Dartmouth. Now that property could be all yours.

The 162-acre estate at 337 Old Fall River Road in Dartmouth boasts a vineyard, winery, distillery and a house, so you can live here, work here and play here.

People have certainly played here.

Back in 2018 and 2019, Fun 107 held the Brews and BBQ event at Running Brook, with beer vendors, food vendors and a stage full of local bands.

The vineyard is also part of the Coastal Wine Trail, bringing wine lovers to the area season after season.

Plus, with acres of grapes that make not only wine, but also brandy, grappa and flavored liqueurs, there are tons of tasting opportunities as well.

It's a dream come true for those who have always wanted their own vineyard -- or just wanted to live among grapes.

Not only do you get a full vineyard with everything necessary for winemaking and distilling, but there is a house available on site, too. It's a completely gutted house that you can turn into your dream home, to go along with your dream vineyard.
