We only have a limited number of fall weekends left before it gets too cold. Make the most of them at Open Farm Day.

Open Farm Day is a recurring event at Dartmouth's Round the Bend Farm on Allen Neck Road. Not only do you have a chance to explore the farm but you can also meet the people who work there, buy local produce and meats, and hang out with the animals on guided tours.

Admission to the farm is free, but if you want to buy any goods, produce, or meats, you do need cash or check. The staff at the farm offers free guided tours at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. each open farm day.

The best part about buying meat from the farm is that it is all grass-fed and GMO-free. You can also pick up local teas, maple syrup, honey, and much more.

Bonus - the farm doesn't have WiFi. So it's a great excuse to be outside and to disconnect for a few hours.

You can follow the Open Farm Dates and join in the discussion on Facebook here.
