M&M’s For The Troops

Over the weekend, my wife sent me out to get her some medicine because our entire family got hit with a bad cold. When I went to the drug store, the cashier behind the counter asked if I wanted to donate some M&M’s to the Troops which I gladly gave. I found out that online M&M’s has been doing this since 1941 as a treat while they’re at war.

It’s amazing how many programs are there for our men & women that are in the service. I remember as a kid making the “special packs” of simply toothpaste, shampoo, soap, anything that’ll freshen them up especially if they’re in over 100 degree weather.

Next time you happen to come across one of these programs, take the time and donate or do your part because enough of us together can make a difference.
