Miley Cyrus has amassed an army of followers, at least if the trailer for her upcoming documentary for and by MTV is to be believed, in which she talks about her new look, her new sound and her much blabbed about VMA's performance which conveniently aired on MTV.

You'd think they were psychic or something.

"I was born to become who I am right now ... I have this freedom to do whatever I want because I'm starting as a new artist now," Miley explains in the above trailer of her recent evolution.

She also discusses the VMAs after the fact, (occasionally with Britney Spears) telling the off-screen interviewer, "You're always gonna make people talk, you might as well make them talk for like two weeks rather than two seconds."

She adds, somewhat inexplicably, "There's an army, we're all a part of that movement."

Which means that much like Spartacus, we are all Miley Cyrus. Or something. It's hard to tell from a one and a half minute trailer.

'Miley: the Movement' will premiere on MTV on Oct. 2, 10:00 pm EST. Set your DVRs to record!
