Holiday Wish: Kim’s Update [VIDEO]

Watch how our community and local businesses came through for Kim and her 7-year-old son!If you were listening to the Rock and Fox Show this morning, you heard about Kim and her 7-year-old son who recently transitioned from a shelter to an apartment. Kim lost all her belongings in storage and essentially moved in with next to nothing. Now that she is trying to get back on her feet and provide her son with an amazing Christmas, we asked YOU for help!

Through the generosity of our listeners, we were able to get Kim's son some of his favorite toys for Christmas and raised hundreds of dollars to help Kim continue her schooling.

We had no shortage of local businesses who showed their support, either! Top Shelf Bar & Grill's waitresses and waiters will be donating 100% of their tips from Thursday, 12/8 to Kim and her son. Top Shelf owner, Bobby, will be matching that tip money up to $500! Kia of Dartmouth generously donated $500 to Kim and owner Ana Sousa from Euphoria Day Spa in Fairhaven is gifting Kim a spa-day to relax and unwind.
