Apparently, yes; you can!

On The Rock and Fox Show this morning our producer Gazelle shared another one of his story's, he has many...

His female friend, let's call her "Stephanie", was driving home by herself from a get together with friends Saturday night when all of a sudden, she see's cop lights flashing behind her.  So she pulls over.  You won't believe what happens next...

The cop reads her, her rights and proceeds to arrest her.  "For what?" she asks...  The officer replied he wasn't sure but that there was a warrent out for her arrest.  Can you imagine this happening to you?

As she is being booked at the Ash St. holding area in New Bedford, she is told that she did not reply to a Jury Duty summons and this is the reason she is being arrested.   She is a busy professional who innocently forgot about the Jury Duty summons, she says.

If you read the fine print when you get your postcard in the mail, it does state that failure to appear to Jury Duty can result in a warrant being issued for your arrest.

Life lesson?  NEVER blow off Jury Duty, because an arrest on your record can never be a good thing!
