Uh Oh, It’s Hurricane Season? [VIDEO]

Between now and October, make sure you get out the duct tape and pieces of plywood for your windows because it's going to be very, very windy! Actually, that'll probably be the worst of it. Every year we go through the same thing. This is the year that we're going to be blown off the face of the earth. We are due for a massive hurricane. I'm talking like Hurricane Gloria back in 1986, maybe even like Hurricane Bob in 1991. I don't know about you, but I'm sick of the hype.

The last 21 years have been kind of a bust in this area. I remember walking outside when the eye of Hurricane Bob passed right over in the New Bedford/Dartmouth area, looking up and seeing the swirling of the clouds. That's our downfall. Our curiosity leads to problems and most likely injury. There's nothing like a good storm though. I don't wish any heavy damage on anyone or anything, I just want good sleep weather, with electricity.
