Frontier Airlines is giving away free flights, but only to people with a certain last name.

Going Green will mean something very different next week to Frontier Airlines.

In honor of "Green Week" they are giving away free flights to people with the last name Green or Greene.

And sure it sounds pretty cool, but the deal is so specific I doubt many people will actually take advantage of this.

You have to of course legally prove your name is in fact Green. And anyone in your family traveling with you must prove the same.

You have to travel on August 13, 2019 only. Yep, all free flights have to take off that day between midnight and 11:59 p.m.

You can take a one-way flight or round trip, but round trips have to return anytime before 11:59 p.m. on August 20, 2019.

You don't actually get reimbursed for your trip until September 15, 2019.

So you pony up the dough to take a super last minute trip somewhere Frontier Airlines travels with anyone else sharing the last name Green and you wait another month to get that money back?

I'm going to guess if you hadn't already booked a summer vacation by now it's cause you didn't have the money. The free flight reimbursement in September is quite the loophole if you ask me.

Still a free flight is a free flight and if you happen to have the last name Green or Greene, Frontier flies to Vegas, Nashville, New Orleans, Orlando, LA and plenty of other fun places across the country from both T.F. Green in Rhode Island and Logan in Boston.
