    Take The Dog Out

Seeing your puppy's bright smiling face is easily one of the best feelings in the world, so why not bring him with you when you are having a bad day? A 2002 SUNY Buffalo study found that conducting difficult tasks becomes less stressful when a pet is present. So take that pup with you when you go for walks or run quick errands!

Just always remember that dogs feel heat too, so never leave them in the car and be sure to make sure the pavement isn't too hot if you take your dog for a walk down the street.

    Take A New Bike Path

Cardio exercise can release endorphins that boosts confidence and improves mild depression and anxiety. Also, going out and exploring a new place has mood-boosting benefits, especially when the place is outdoors.

    Go On A Day Trip

Did you know that people who spend their money on experiences are happier than those who spend their money on material items?

It's true! So next time you have to decide between going kayaking with friends or buying a new pair of shoes, pick the kayaking. Sure you won't have that really cute pair of wedges, but you will have memories that last a lifetime.
