If your idea of a perfect trip to the zoo is one where the kids are left at home, then mark June 14 on your calendar for a rare after hours, adults only event at Stone Zoo in Stoneham.

Every summer Stone Zoo picks a Saturday night to reopen for adults and raise money for a good cause. This year the annual A Wild Affair evening will be Saturday June 25 from 5 P.M. - 8:30 P.M. with food, drinks and live music.

Sure visiting the zoo with your kids is an enjoyable way to spend a day, but having time with an over 21 crowd to sip a few drinks while at the zoo is always that much better.
