Mosquito Spraying In New Bedford Area On August 6

Reports say that on August 6 there will be a mosquito spraying in the New Bedford area by the Bristol County Mosquito Control Project.

The areas that will be sprayed include: Button Wood Park, Brooklawn Park, Fort Tabor, Riverside Park, Clasky Park, Ashely Park, and Poor Farm area.

The spraying will take place between the times of 2 a.m. and sunrise on the morning of the 6th and local residents are encouraged to keep their doors and windows closed, and to stay indoors.
