Moss Graffiti is a new way to go green while making a statement and it looks super cool!

If you are looking for a unique way to add a bit of green to your home or yard, this DIY gardening artwork idea could be perfect.

Here's what you'll need to get started:

  • 3 cups of moss (washed clean of soil)
  • 2 cups buttermilk OR 2 cups of yogurt (should be plain yogurt)
  • 2 cups of water or beer
  • 1/2 tsp of sugar
  • corn syrup (optional)
  • A blender that you probably won’t want to use other than for this

Once you combine the ingredients you get a fairly watery, grey mixture that you can paint onto outdoor surfaces like brick or concrete.

Wherever you spread the mixture, moss starts to grow and with a small enough paint brush you can even write words with your Moss Graffiti!

Check out photos of the mixture and it's end results!

It looks super cool and could be the perfect Spring project to make your house stand out on the block.
