The New England Patriots and Rob Gronkowski, have set a goal for when he will return to the field.

According to an NFL Network report, the team and their all pro tight end have decided to set a goal of getting him back on the field for Week 1 of the regular season when they take on the Dolphins, in Miami. Gronk is rehabbing from a torn ACL he suffered in Week 13, last season.

Both sides say they don't want to rush Gronk's rehab to meet the goal, because it may cause a setback. Gronkowski has been plagued by injuries over the past few years, but is extremely productive when he's on the field. In just seven games last season, he made 39 catches for 592 yards and seven touchdowns.
