Effective Thanksgiving day through New Year's Day, the city of New Bedford is offering FREE 2-hour parking at metered spaces in both Downtown and on Acushnet Avenue. Also, you can park free for up to 2 hours at the Elm Street Garage, The Zeiterion Garage and at the Custom House Square lot.
