Fall River Police Officers Help Woman Change Her Tire

Former city councilor Paul DaSilva called the Fun Morning Show today to tell us about something pretty cool he saw yesterday.  DaSilva saw two Fall River Police officers helping a disabled woman change her tire in the pouring rain in the South End.  The elderly Portuguese woman was trying to park her car at Globe Four Corner during the height of yesterday's downpour.  She couldn't see the curb and ended up blowing out her tire.  Here is a picture DaSilva snapped...capturing the moment.
