Guests at the presidential inauguration this Friday will be a little warmer thanks to a Fall River fleece company.

WPRI 12 reports that New England Fleece, located in the Durfee Union Mills on Plymouth Ave, have been selected to make 2,000 micro fleece blankets with the presidential seal and the date embroidered on them.

Though Friday isn't predicted to be all that cold in D.C., The Presidential Inauguration Committee wanted guests and dignitaries to have an option for keeping warm and dry, just in case, as well as give them a commemorative gift to take with them.
