Deliciously slow cooked pork butt.

2 lbs - of Pork Butt
1 - Rack of ribs
1 Pint - White cooking wine
16 oz (wet) Crushed red pepper.
Mazola Corn Oil
1/2 cup Paprika
1 Jar hot finger peppers (Green or Red)
4 tbs Sea Salt

Chop pork butt up in 3-4 inch cubes add in pot
Slice rack of ribs into individual rib sections add in pot
Add cooking wine
add paprika, salt, crushed red pepper, add whole Jar of juice from finger peppers
Add Mazola Corn oil fill pot to 2-3 inches above meat level. Mix contents COMPLETELY
Bring to a boil.
lower heat to simmer for 2 hours stirring occasionally until meat appears to fall off the bone.
To test: Press fork against meat, Meat must fall apart once you do so.
Cooking Time: 3 Hours.
