One of the strategies I've been using to deal with the stress and aggravation of the coronavirus crisis is looking forward to the things that we'll all be doing when this is all over.

For example, I'm betting that when we get the all-clear, there will be a rush like you've never seen before to get the heck out of the house and go out to dinner.

We are all foodies here at Fun 107, so not going out to eat has really been a thing for us. We were having a Zoom sesh this afternoon and decided that when this is all over we should have a Seize The Deal Bonanza.

For the sake of argument, let's be hopeful and pretend that the ban on dining in restaurants will be lifted on May 4. If/when that happens, we think we should have a Seize The Deal every weekday for the rest of the month of May.

Everybody wins. People who haven't had the chance to get out of the house in months will actually get a chance to go out to dinner. It will be affordable, so even people who may be just re-entering the workforce will get a chance to join in on the fun.

Restaurants will be able to bring back the customers that they haven't been able to sit in eight weeks. With a best-case scenario these customers were only able to enjoy your food via take-out, which is great, but let's be honest, it's not the same as sitting down and enjoying a great meal at your place.

Last, but not least, all restaurants who participate in a Seize The Deal will receive a bank of radio commercials that they can air talking about all of the great reasons customers should rush back to your restaurant.

It's a no-brainer. If you are a restaurant owner and want more information about how to book your restaurant as one of our Seize The Deal Bonanza locations, contact Mark.Stachowski@townsquaremedia.com or Kristen.Pacheco@townsquaremedia.com.

In the meantime, have your favorite appetizer for me. We'll see you soon!
