Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice, shame on the Yankees. Starting pitcher Michael Pineda was ejected from tonight's game for cheating by using pine tar on his neck. The last time he faced the Red Sox, Pineda appeared to have pine tar dripping from his hand. Tonight, Red Sox Manager John Farrell complained to the umpires that Pineda was pulling more of his pine tar shenanigans. The umpires paid Pineda a visit at the mound, looked at the ball, looked at his glove, then wiped Pineda's neck with a finger. He was immediately ejected when the foreign substance was found. The Yankees pitcher now faces a 10 game suspension.
