Bristol, RI Fourth of July Celebration

It’s one of the biggest and oldest 4th of July celebrations in the country and it’s right in our own backyards. If you’re interested in venturing a little outside of Mass for the 4th, (and apparently watching in the rain since their site says the event is still going off) this is certainly a good way to go. Featuring a waterfront fireworks display on Thursday the 3rd and the classic parade through the center of town on the 4th, Bristol has a rich history of doing the Fourth of July up big!

Fireworks at Pawtucket Red Sox Games

In a more modern American celebration of the 4th, you could see fireworks after a ball game. Every year the Pawtucket Red Sox play a home series throughout the fourth of July weekend complete with fireworks every night. This year is no different and from July 1st through 3rd you can enjoy the baseball game and fireworks! All fireworks shows start at 9:30p
