A Boy Who Went Missing 13 Years Ago was Found Unharmed

13 years ago, 5-year-old Julian Hernandez went missing from his mother’s home in Alabama. His father, who didn’t have custody of Julian, reportedtly took him but was never seen or heard from again. This year, as Julian was applying for college, his named was flagged due to the missing persons case. He has been living in Ohio with his father since he went missing.
