The Patriots 2020 opponents have been announced. So who would you most want to see at Gillette next season?

After sealing up an 11th AFC East Divisional Title on Saturday, the New England Patriots next season of opponents has been announced.

Kraft better be ready to gas up those Patriots planes because the team's away game schedule is most definitely away.

They'll be flying to face the Texans, Chiefs, Chargers, Rams, and Seahawks (in addition to their divisional opponents of course), meaning lots of time on the West Coast.

But I think more exciting for local fans is who they'll get the chance to see the Pats play at home.

And next season there are some good teams coming to Gillette. The Cardinals, Ravens, Broncos, and soon-to-be Las Vegas Raiders will be coming to town during the 2020-2021 season. But I think I am most excited for the return of the 49ers.

The last came to Foxborough in 2016 and handed the Patriots a rare at-home loss.

But this time when they come to town, they'll presumably bring with them former Brady back-up Jimmy Garoppolo.

And with the possibility of Brady retiring at the end of this season seeming very real to many New England fans, there could be a big "what if" moment during that game.

Exactly when the Patriots will face all of these teams remains to be see. The actual schedule for the 2020-2021 season will likely be released in April just before the draft.

And tickets for the upcoming season will presumably go on sale shortly after that.
