This weekend will be the final Cranberry Harvest Festival after 15 years of hosting the event. 

The annual Cranberry Harvest Festival has taken place in Wareham for the past 15 years and has provided a way for families to enjoy a weekend of local tastings, live music, and even how the cranberry harvest happens. In addition to food and music, people can even put on waders and join in on the harvest or take a helicopter tour of the bogs.

The Cranberry Harvest Festical is hosted by Ocean Spray and the Cape Cod Cranberry Growers and will be held this weekend, Saturday the 6th and Sunday the 7th. Admission is $10 for adults, free for kids under 5, and $5 for seniors and military members.

Even though this will be the final year of the festival, attendess can still enjoy free demonstartions, historical displays, food, and paddleboat rides this weekend at the A.D. Makepeace Co. headquarters on Tihonet Road in Wareham.
