Victory is described by his adoption counselor as a joyful, adorable, and sweet little boy.

He is known as gentle and loving and almost always has a big smile. When he gets excited, Victory claps and jumps up and down. His joy is contagious.

Victory loves trains and playing with toys that have wheels. He can engage in imaginative play for lengthy periods. He also enjoys using his tablet. He is fascinated by bright lights and reflections, and creatively uses items to reflect and observe light.

Victory has made tremendous progress in his communication ability and is skilled in using his iPad to show pictures and words. He does best with a structured routine and responds well to trusted adults who guide him in expressing his feelings. At school, he is described as a favorite of all the staff and teachers who know him.

The ideal family for Victory will nurture him and understand that he needs lifelong support. He would do well with or without siblings, and in a two-parent or single-parent household.

Who Can Adopt?

If you’re at least 18, have a stable source of income and have room in your heart, you may be a perfect match to adopt a waiting child. Adoptive parents can be single, married or partnered; experienced or not; renters or homeowners; LGBTQ+ singles and couples. As an adoptive parent, you won’t have to pay any fees. Adoption from foster care is completely free in Massachusetts.
