Toronto Mayor Caught Smoking Crack Again

According to Boston.com the video was allegedly recorded on April 26. Ford is supposed to be on a leave of absence from his re-election campaign seeking help for a substance abuse problem. This is not the first time he has been caught smoking crack cocaine. Amid reports of his substance abuses problems Ford insists that he deserves to be re-elected.

The Toronto News is reporting that Justin Bieber enraged the Mayor when he they ran into each other at a Toronto nightclub and BIeber jokingly asked him, "Did you bring any crack to smoke?"
