When I brought our car into the garage to get fixed, I didn't have a ride back to the radio station, so I decided to walk back. Now, I may be making this a little too dramatic, but this is me we're talking about. I don't walk.
Forget Zumba, yoga, hot yoga, hip hop yoga, or whatever other kind of yoga there is. The latest fitness trend has nothign to do with breaking a sweat, or busting a move or doing anything more then walking around. It's called Prancercise, and it looks like an easy way to get your cardio in.
As one who crawls out of bed at 3:30 in the morning five days a week, then sits in a comfortable studio for a few hours, followed by several more at my desk, I realize that I am a prime example of someone who is in need of exercise.
