NEW BEDFORD — Mayor Jon Mitchell will hold neighborhood office hours for the month of July next Tuesday, July 25 from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Wilks Library Branch, located at 1911 Acushnet Avenue in New Bedford.
