If you are a victim of domestic violence or you know some one who could use some help. There is help available right here on the South Coast

We are very fortunate to have many resources in the South Coast. to help fight domestic violence . October is domestic violence awareness month and I cant think of a better way to help get the word out that help is available . Domestic violence not only effects woman of all colors ,races and economic backgrounds .It destroys families and the lives of our children  I was amazed to learn that in Massachusetts , One in every four women will experience domestic violence in her lifetime and that the majority (73%) of family violence victims are female. and did you know that 86% of abuse victims are abused by the hands of a boyfriend. What saddens me even more is the devastation that domestic violence does to our kids ,a young boy who grows up to witness abuse in the home will be twice as likely to abuse as he grows older . We have to stop this cycle  If you are a victim and want some assistance for your self and your kids . Here is some help .
