Sprint To Add Cool New Feature to Smartphones

Fun 107 fans, get ready to be able to listen to Fun 107 even easier on your Sprint smartphone in 2013.

Sprint has announced  plans to install an FM chip in all smartphones beginning sometime this year. Sprint says that with the NextRadio tuner, its customers would enjoy a wide range of interactive listener features not available today and would have the availability of local FM radio at their fingertips to access all forms of broadcast information. I would expect other companies to follow suit soon after as well. Exciting news to me!!
