Another winter storm is heading for Southern New England. A messy combination of snow, sleet, freezing rain, and rain will hit Southeastern Massachusetts on Wednesday. The precipitation will start as snow between 4-6 am.  A few hours of moderate to heavy snow are possible before a change to sleet then rain near the coast. Some snow accumulation will happen during the morning commute, and roads could be treacherous.

Snow will change to sleet and/or rain after 10 am, and it should be moderate to heavy into the early afternoon. Lighter rain and mixed precipitation will continue through the afternoon. The temperature will rise into the mid 30s. A brief change back to light snow or flurries is possible Wednesday evening before ending late in the evening.

There will be a Live Blog on rightweather.com Wednesday morning.
