Two women in Rehoboth ran for safety and called 911 after a woman fired gun shots at them.

According to The Herald News, yesterday afternoon Rehoboth Police responded to a 911 call from a woman who said she and her friend were being shot at by a woman who lived at 21 Cross Street in Rehoboth.

When police arrived, they arrested Deborah Armstrong on several charges including armed assault to murder.  She is being held at The Bristol County House Of Corrections on 100,000 bail and is scheduled to appear in Taunton District Court today.

The two women who Armstrong allegedly shot at say they were able to run to a nearby house for safety until police arrived on the scene.  No injuries were reported and the incident is being investigated.
