Possible Aaron Hernandez Motive: 2012 Double Murder
Fox 25 News in Boston is reporting that Aaron Hernandez may be suspected in a July 2012 double murder in downtown Boston. Two people were found dead, another wounded, in their car at a traffic light. The men worked at a Dorchester cleaning company and had just left a bar. Witnesses report that gunmen in a silver SUV with Rhode Island plates opened fire on the victims. The two in the front seat were killed, the surviving victim was in the backseat, and two others ran away from the car.
Some are speculating that this could point to a strong motive for Hernandez to kill Lloyd. The prosecution outlined that the former Patriot had caught Lloyd talking to some “people he had troubles with” in a Boston nightclub and that he “couldn’t trust anyone anymore.” Investigators may be wondering if Hernandez may have caught Lloyd talking to others about the 2012 double murder.
