She lost her job with the Food Network along with several endorsement deals, but Paula Deen found some southern comfort at her first public appearance over the weekend in Houston.    The disgraced celebrity chef fought back the tears as she spoke to a crowd of about 15-hundred fans.

Deen was onstage with her sons and did a pair of cooking demonstrations.
