Patrick Swayze Skates For A&W Rootbeer — Back In The Day Flashback

A long time ago we had an A&W root beer stand on Acushnet Ave in the far north end of New Bedford. Waitresses and Waiters would come to your car window with frosty root beer and delicious food. Sometimes they would be on roller skates!

I found an old commercial for A&W and the person on toe roller skates, is the late great Patrick Swayze!!
