It's still mid September, but Breton Woods took advantaged of sub-freezing temperatures early this morning to test out their snowmaking equipment. They'll be able to do it again tonight, as near record breaking lows are expected all across New England. Here in New Bedford, the record low is 37 degrees which was set back in 2007. We could see temps fall down to 35 tonight. The Old Farmer's Almanac is calling for a colder, snowier winter.
