New Bedford Mayor Jon Mitchell Says Parents Need To Be Involved In Kids Education

New Bedford Mayor Jon Mitchell says the city's school committee doesn't want to tell people how to parent their kids, but he does want parents to send their kids to school ready to "behave and learn".
