New Bedford police saw 23-year-old Manuel Rebeiro driving on Tuesday.   The problem, he had lost his license less than two month ago as part of a fatal hit-and-run case.

Rebeiro was out on bail for his role in the May accident in which he is accused of killing 18-year-old Juan Gonzalez in a car and then fleeing the accident.   The accident happened at the corner of Purchase and Russell Streets in New Bedford.   At that time, police said Rebeiro was also driving with a suspended license.
