Two Fall River men are accused of robbing the "Needy Family Fund" box at St. Mary's Church in Fairhaven on Tuesday.   Police say Justin Lucas and Brandon Dubois, both 24 years-old damaged the depository and took cash.

Fairhaven Police responded to an alarm at the church at 12:45 p.m. and began searching the neighborhood.   Witnesses told police they saw two men in a black Jetta walk to the church and return to the car a short time later.

Shortly after a description of the car and men was sent out, the Jetta was pulled over on Main Street in Acushnet.   Police found burglar's instruments and clothing matching what witnesses saw.   They also found $300 in cash.
