Mass State Police are warning drivers that they'll be conducting sobriety checkpoints around the Southcoast this coming weekend.

Mass State Police has announced they will be setting up sobriety checkpoints here on the Southcoast over Easter Weekend...as they look for drunk drivers.

Police say the checkpoints will be happening during random hours, the selection of vehicles will not be arbitrary, safety will be assured, and any inconveniences to motorists will be minimized with advance notice to reduce fear and anxiety.
